Chris Davies is the Managing Director of Evologic Technologies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, specializing in Microprocessor Applications. Prior to joining us, he was the Site Coordinator for the Alcoa Project at CSC and a Senior Systems Engineer at Ganda IT. His 15 years of invaluable experience in the IT industry have contributed greatly to our organization's development. Chris enjoys spending his spare time with friends and family, tasting different cuisines and has a passion for motorsports.
Centralised Services Administrator
Clinton Mckillop is the Centralised Services Administrator for Evologic Technologies, directing the Core Management Tools and specializing in SpamTitan. He received an Advanced Diploma of Computer System Engineering and is a certified MCITP and MCTS professional. He is also a Kaseya Certified Administrator (KCA). Clinton dedicates his spare time to working and restoring old cars, enjoying music and movies and keeping fit.
David Andrews is a Network Administrator for Evologic Technologies and is responsible for HP Proliant server configuration, Windows Server Configuration and Desktop Support Training. In addition to an Advanced Diploma of Computer Systems Engineering, he holds a Certification II Retail Sales. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, swimming and taking care of his young family.
Tech Consultant/Account Manager
Graeme Harper is a Tech Consultant/Account Manager at Evologic Technologies. He holds the Quarterly Account Management Meetings with clients and manages the escalation point for our clients. He brainstorms and works with the Project Managers to transform ideas into action. For 10 out of his 15 years in the IT industry, Graeme was a part of Pipeline (Computing, Internet) and Chariot Ltd. He devotes his spare time to cricket during the hot summers, basketball in the cool winters and expects a family in the near future.
Tier 1 Service Desk Technician
Jesse Munro is a Tier 1 Service Desk Technician at Evologic Technologies and his responsibilities include logging/resolving client computer issues via phone, obtaining relevant technical information to assist with troubleshooting, updating and maintaining client details, and off-site backups. Jesse is a fresh graduate from Deakin University holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 1, 2, 3 and 4 Cisco CCNA Certification. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys fishing, surfing, golf, AFL football and all kinds of music.
Tier 2 Service Desk Technician
Josh Willett is a Tier 2 Service Desk Technician at Evologic Technologies and manages the first escalation point for customers as well as incident and problem resolution. An Oracle certified professional, he received a Bachelor's degree in Computing, majoring in Information Systems. Before joining us, Josh was the Analyst Programmer at Multiservice Inc. and brought with him seven years of IT experience. Josh dedicates his spare time to karting.
Kate Mutsaerts is the Office Manager at Evologic Technologies and holds responsibilities for accounts, procurement and general administration. She has a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and is currently pursuing Certificate IV in Bookkeeping. She was the Client Services Officer at McHenry Partners and held a variety of positions at the Fletcher Jones Head Office. Kate has also received a diploma in Remedial Massage and enjoys reading, renovating, gardening, socialising, sports and playing with her pet dog.
Lauren Star is the Service Coordinator at Evologic Technologies and is responsible for ticket dispatch and client coordination. She pursued TAFE and holds II, III and IV Website Development certifications along with experience as an IT Trainee at Deakin University. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys adventuring, cooking, crafts and is also a fan of video games.
Service Desk Team Leader
Megan Williams is the Service Desk Team Leader at Evologic Technologies, where she handles the escalation of client issues, staff management, reporting, ticket logging and queue management. With over a decade of IT experience, she holds certifications for ITIL Foundation (v2 and v3), Unicentre (CA) Desktop Management, A+ Hardware and Software, Certificate IV in Helpdesk, Windows 2000 Server and Professional and Cisco Certified Network Administration. Before joining us, Megan worked in the National Broadband Network and Transport Accident, Fujitsu Australia Limited and City of Greater Geelong. Megan adores horses and enjoys running and swimming in her spare time.
Adam Zollenkopf is Evologic Technologies' ProServ Engineer, specializing in the on-time, on-budget delivery of projects and the timely resolution of escalated incidents for our clients. Adam holds two Advanced Diplomas in Computer Systems and eSecurity, as well as certification as an MCP and CCSNP. He has worked previously as a systems engineer and brings our team eight years of IT industry experience.
Rob Morris is a Network Administrator at Evologic Technologies, always working to maintain our clients' systems. He received a Bachelor in Information Systems degree and holds certifications including Mac Certified Support Professional, MCDST, MCSA, and MCITP (Server Administrator). With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, Rob provided IT Support at Quiksilver and was a Helpdesk Consultant at IBM. He is very passionate about football and says "Go Cats!!!"
Travis Gough is a Network Administrator at Evologic Technologies and manages our client network and IT needs, handles our onboarding processes and preserves best industry practices. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and an Advanced Diploma of Information Technology. He is currently pursuing certification for Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010. In his spare time, Travis enjoys football, basketball and spending time with his friends.
